Change at Beyond Gravity’s Executive Board

Caroline Schmitt, Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer and member of Beyond Gravity’s Executive Board will leave the company in mid-May 2024 for personal reasons. Since her arrival in May 2023, Caroline Schmitt has played an instrumental role in steering Beyond Gravity’s digital transformation and establishing the company’s new presence in Portugal. CEO André Wall commented, "While saddened by Caroline's departure, we are grateful for the impact she has made, and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for her contributions. We wish her every success in her future endeavors."

Composition Executive Board as of Mid-May

As of mid-May, the Beyond Gravity management team will consist of André Wall (CEO), Angelo Quabba (CFO), Oliver Grassmann (EVP Satellites Division), Paul Horstink (EVP Launchers Division), Oliver Kunz (EVP Lithography Division), and Laura-Katrin Seitz (Chief People Officer), ensuring a strong leadership foundation to carry forward Beyond Gravity’s strategic vision.
