Beyond Gravity Prepares for Transition in Executive Board

Beyond Gravity announces the upcoming departure of Paul Horstink, Executive Vice President of the Launchers Division and member of the Executive Board.

Paul Horstink, Executive Vice President of the Launchers Division and member of the Beyond Gravity Executive Board, has decided to step down from his role and explore new opportunities outside the company. To ensure continuity, he will gradually hand over his responsibilities, supporting key projects and the leadership team during a structured transition phase. The search for his successor has already been initiated.

Paul has led the Launchers Division since September 2022, following his role as Head of RUAG International’s Aerostructures business in Switzerland, which he held from August 2021. During his time with Beyond Gravity, he played a key role in driving the division’s transformation and international expansion – including the ramp-up of new production facilities in Decatur (USA) and Linköping (Sweden), as well as strengthening its position in the commercial launch market.

Enabling Industrialized Production at Scale

These developments were crucial steps toward Beyond Gravity’s ambition to scale production, automate key processes, and transition into industrialized serial manufacturing. The groundwork laid over the past years helps the Launcher Division to deliver reliably and competitively in a fast-growing commercial space market – and to meet the evolving needs of international customers with speed, quality, and agility.

“Paul has shown extraordinary commitment during crucial times,” says CEO André Wall. “His energy and relentless drive have played a key role in accelerating the transformation of our Launcher Division. I thank him for his contribution and wish him all the very best for his personal and professional future.”
