Laura-Katrin Seitz becomes Beyond Gravity's new head of human resources
Beyond Gravity succeeded in winning Laura-Katrin Seitz as its new Chief People Officer and member of the Executive Board. She will take up her new role on March 1, 2023.
As of March 1, 2023, Laura-Katrin Seitz (born 1967, German/Swiss citizenship), will join Beyond Gravity as the new Chief People Officer and a member of the Executive Board. "Laura-Katrin has a tremendously strong track record of mastering HR challenges related to growth, consolidation and transformation, as well as leadership development in complex global organizations across a variety of industries – topics that are also high on our agenda,” says André Wall, CEO of Beyond Gravity.
Proven HR leader with over three decades of experience
Laura-Katrin Seitz looks back on three decades in various HR leadership roles, including nearly 20 years in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry. Between 2006 and 2015, she was with the world’s fifth largest pharmaceutical company Roche, most recently as Vice President & Global Head of HR responsible for the people area of all support functions with a total of 10,000 employees in 50 countries. Subsequently, she supported the transformation of Sanofi and consulted clients across a variety of industries in strategic and operational HR topics. In 2022, she assumed responsibility as ad interim head of global human resources at German biotech company BioNTech.
